Job Description

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the companys long-term vision
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency across all departments
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, service delivery, and cost efficiency
• Translate executive strategies into actionable operational plans
• Establish operational metrics and monitor organizational performance
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to support company objectives
• Oversee resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency and profitability
• Support business growth by ensuring operational scalability and infrastructure readiness
• Partner with finance and department heads to manage budgets and improve cost management
• Lead and mentor department heads, fostering strong leadership and professional development
• Promote innovation and technology adoption to support operational excellence
• Prepare operational reports and insights to support executive decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role
• Proven experience in operations management, business strategy, and organizational leadership
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex business operations
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and operational best practices
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology industries is a strong advantage
