Job Description
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the companys long-term vision
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency across all departments
- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, service delivery, and cost efficiency
- Translate executive strategies into actionable operational plans
- Establish operational metrics and monitor organizational performance
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to support company objectives
- Oversee resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency and profitability
- Support business growth by ensuring operational scalability and infrastructure readiness
- Partner with finance and department heads to manage budgets and improve cost management
- Lead and mentor department heads, fostering strong leadership and professional development
- Promote innovation and technology adoption to support operational excellence
- Prepare operational reports and insights to support executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role
- Proven experience in operations management, business strategy, and organizational leadership
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex business operations
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and operational best practices
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology industries is a strong advantage
